PM recording...

I was on Era and having fun with the fact that they can read PMs and it kind of worried me... How safe is it to have 16 year old kids reading what I talk about on an online game? There should be some line drawn as to what can be recorded and what can't and who can read it. Unless the FAQ had no clue what they were talking about when I asked.

Jess (FAQ) (Thu Jun 07 18:56:03 2007):
yes
Ziplock (Thu Jun 07 18:54:24 2007):
ALL of my PMs?
Jess (FAQ) (Thu Jun 07 18:54:18 2007):
Staff
Ziplock (Thu Jun 07 18:53:39 2007):
Which PMs of mine are being recorded? And who can read them?

Well, Terms of Agreement state that they have all rights to records of conversation or something like that, so ya.
Honestly, my opinion is if you really want 'privacy', take it to a IM program or such. And really... there's no such thing as pure privacy on the internet.
Though, I think records should be kept out of staff reach except the Manager or such.

I highly doubt playerworld staff have that capability, but if you're worried about it just use AIM or something.

We aren't 16 and I'm not a kid.

You have no idea how many logs Era keeps on everything that everyone does on the server.
