Ive been having tons of lag lately, ive done a defrag, disk clean up, and a spy sweep nothing seems to be working to un-lagging graal but all my other games don't lag.

I take it you mean CPU lag: not network lag?

I'd bet it was GPU lag, or server lag from this new server zone's on.

It's CPU lag if I am right ;o

I found this also to be true. I've been lagging like hell on Graal but on other places, I'm completely fine :[

Sorry, it is CPU lag :P which is keeping up a 50%+
