Screenshots Browser small needed improvement.
 

I have noticed that the screenshot browser on the website has quite a lot of inappropriate images and some of them make Graal look awful to be quite honest. You just have to Google search for Graal and you'll find reviews with screenshots taken from the actual screenshots browser, so they should really be moderated - obviously not overly moderated though. A prime example of what I'm talking about is this http://www.graalonline.com/community...php?image=2600, which is ironic as I'm actually in the image. Another example is http://www.graalonline.com/community...php?image=2725, which is obviously modified. They're not all in the Classic section either, I just visit there now and then.

I'm thinking perhaps just add a link which enables people to "Report this image" or something along the lines, so rather then "employing" a moderator to deal with all that, users could report the images they feel are inappropriate.

I think the screenies should go into a holding folder, or whatever, and they be approved by whoever puts them up before they are uploaded. Would probably be easier then moderating them after they are up already.

I think they already are. I just submitted a screenshot from Classic earlier and it said they need to be improved, so I don't know if that's just something that is said by default or not. I agree with you that they should be moderated before uploading and it would be much easier to moderate, but that would require someone.

I am approving screenshots, often screenshots contain funny stuff. If I wouldn't approve any screenshot that could possibly understood wrong then there would probably be only 1 or 2 screenshots each year x-x

I wish the rest of the CJ staff and mods had your attitude.

People can have some fun, on G2k1 in the quest where you fight giant dragons in the end, on of the bomy npcs say "****" in their message. :P

I was always found the picture with a GK boat stuck in the middle of the island funny. The quote was funny but more so the fact that a bug was posted ><

Sometime ago I made a video on Zone and after watching it a few times I saw that one player says "holy ****". Also often when I try to do screenshots there are people saying bad stuff, not easy x-x
Inappropriate images can still easily be deleted via the adminpanel.

If the screenshots show that the swear words are filtered, isn't the a bonus?

You might want to hire/recruit someone to moderate that for you, it might take another job you have to do of your shoulders.

Exactly why I said yes and no ;)
But according to Graal's general opinion on those who moderate things: I would say everyone would be mostly afraid of to heavy moderation of these screenshots. (Not putting person biased into that statement nor am I making any judgements!)
