I was wondering, And I hope this isn't a bash or ego trip, But can some people explain these photo's? And what old Zone was like? And if it isn't really a big trouble could you actually make a Character chart of the Old Players?

Yer, 1st is Dark, either using the Bike glitch.. (Which i think he is) Or hacking, im in the background probably flashing off my ego as i did a lot..

2nd is Tao, pwning a load of noobs.. 300+ bounty was impressive back then..

3rd is Storm, not too long after he got his reapers, he was one of the 1st (If not 1st) player to ever own them. I remember i was so jelouse i was like "NO FAIR I CAN PWN STORM >:(!! NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WAS EVENT!".. 5 months later when i got them, they sucked, used them once, never again.

You should take a look at the picture of me with 220 kills 0 deaths, my head could reach the roof that day :). Was a fun day in all, a day ile remember well, Anubis kept moaning at me for the bounty, and Rykuz kept trying to lame me while talking (So i piped him)..

What "old" Zone was like? Lol?


Those pictures are not "old" Zone. Siwin played around the time that I started, which was two years ago. Not much differs from Zone now compared to two years ago besides some new weapons, graphics (outfits and so forth), and a few new maps.


Though, back then, I do believe there was that King of the Hill map or whatever it was called.

No. Storm=StormYs. That other account was used by Andy and Xzbit or whatever his name is.

My bad, looked like Storm, Guess it was when Andy got his Reapers then.. He asked me for ages and ages to help him get them, then i finally did, he bragged for weeks and weeks about how he pwned everyone on his own.. Did he hell, he hid in the trees and ran to me whenever he got shot, near the end i got FORCED to fight him and surrenderd just because he wouldn't stop moaning at me.

andrewholmes? I wasnt aware Xzibit used that.. He did my head in. Hed kill me, then go SORRY JO!!! Then hed kill me again and go SORRY!! I dont look at names..

The picture with Huwa in it, theres a lot more to that than i realized.. 1st off, huwa has the diferently gani'd muramasa, and the people who where there are all people i remember :).. 1st off there was dark, probably just glitched a bike onto the enemys HQ, about to lame no doubt. There was his "Apprentis" Dark Soul 2. Who often dressed as him and i got confused, also went by the name Dark 2.0.. Forgot about him lol. Then there's Venom, before he became a giant choob hacker, i think hes using his 1st account there, can't remember the name.. Then in the background, some noob named Jo, no one knows him, and the Almighty German, Bhavin!!!.. Crazy little guy, never said a word yet always smiles at you for some reason. Still plays to this very day :D

And to tell the truth I don't care if they aren't really really old, I just want to know the people I missed, as it seems the best Zone days I played as a Trail and don't remeber hardly anyone.

Sweet, im in all off them.. Ok.. In detail :)

1st Pic: Trojan had just got 1000 bounty, and noobs started to hunt him. So we rounded up around 12 or so people (Not all are there) and made them into Trojans. Was funny, because the irony of it all is he got that bounty by proxing.. He died by prox xD. That was a day of days, i remember much about that, it was not so long after ace left :(. Im the one whos saying.. Im Jo.. Trojan was the one just south of the guy saying "xD" i think..

2nd Pic: That was just before we got everyone to fly into the air and to a picture, was just a random day, we got random people to have a giant NON pvp zone next to b4, was a random thing back then. There me, Sayiang something about Cheese as i randomly do, Shadox, looking sexy on his own far away, Huwa trying to fix his mic so he can randomly say words that sounded like robots, Death at the top killing anyone that comes near so we dont have to bother, think that was Jesse, stood next to me, not sure, might have been Shadow_2Death. The one at the bottom is either Cor, Bhavin or Venom, not too sure. The other 2 are randomers :D.

3rd Pic: Random day again, 1 guy decided to dress as me for the fun of it, then 5 minuits later, there was like 6-8 of them. The thing that made me rofl really bad was the guy who kept getting the look wrong, we all raided Iricia with my "Weapons of choice" (Saber, BR and Apps).. Was fun, but wish Huwa would have been there that day because he always made me laugh :(.. I was the one with the BR :)

4th pic: Ace leaving day, not much to be said really, he got like 1000 pipes, went onto iricia and lamed everyone there, he died a hell of a load of times, i kept getting frustrated i couldnt take my pictures lol. Ace barely got any kills because of the noobs that was helping him lol. Ace is the one that is saying "Appireces activated", Allen is behind the barrles, Shadow_2Death under me, Venom way over there>>, Think the last guy was Anubis.. No entierly sure.. Guys with helmits where just random victoms :P.

Found a pic of another time everyone dressed like me, laughed my head off when we did this, I think it was Pip who desided to dress like me and set his name to Nerd Jo. Then Typhoon joined in (Jar Jar) And a few other.. Imbreds..

how old do you have to be? i know that some ppl have been one since the stone age..so is 3-4 years enough?

I was the one who finally got trojans bounty. I used proximines and pipes and was all like OHYAH!

Ok, I remember the bounty day Jo, in the end you gived it to me.
I was the one behind the barrels I know that.
I was the Trojan saying read mass.
I was Really annoying Jo.
Also the YMCA thing = ***!

Could have sworn allen was on that day lol.. Yea, was a fun day the bounty one, you finally got it in the end didint u :P

On about the whole "Being on top of a base" thing..

Lol, i remember those days vividly :) And how Dark would pipe everyone when he got bored, or Ace stabbed everyone with syringe, then healed them. After a while, we got pissed off at it and killed him anyway :P

Ah, the good ol' days. ^^

Bikes were possible to shoot from on Iricia.
Bikes were possible to drag a friend in another bike, while they shot.
Players usually never strafed with pistoles (you had a few like Gambet ;) )
Trials had 100hp
Trials could wear Guild tags
Everyone knew just about everyone
Max player count usually only got up to 35 (if that)
Almost everyone camped at b3+4 and just talked, and sparred
Proximines were visable
There were only Alpha, Iricia, Wild Cross, and Koth
Alpha used to be a planet were alot of people played. (Iricia has always been the most popular though)
Hayashi owned (But that hasn't changed any ;) )

B4 = Jo's home. Everyone used to camp there. I remember that that was the 1st place i killed Jin at, he said i was a noob.. Then when i complimented him and said he was good, he said i wasn't half bad.. Jins like that..

Hmmm.. Shall we make this into like a Best Memories thread?

I have a few.. Ok one of my favourites is how me and Dark kinda equaled each other in everything, but one thing he was better than me at.. Was piping.. Me and him used to trick are friends on DM and pipe them all the time, like say QUICK PM! Then when they press f7, BAM!.. Or used to do the old, grab something and press backwards to throw backwards.. Was fun as heck!..

Another good memory was the 1st week i played graal. I took over b1 with KDS numerouse times.. And being a noob like i was, started saying stuff like "YEA! WE OWN! WE ALWAYS TAKE B1!".. Seemed so much simpler back then tbh, but really, there wasn't as many player so there was less teamage, no invisible proxys, no photons, RRs, Mags, DS or LS, and very few people with jetpacks.. So i guess it was easyer because.. Basicly it was less lame..

A funny memory-

My brother (MechEagle, BayArea) had gotten on Zone, after finding out me and a few other players were protecting Trojan (stoned4life) and his bounty. Tony (my brother) goes to base 3+4 to try to get the bounty (1300 or something).

Tony gets jumped, and comes back with a jetpack and still gets jumped.

He does this for about 5 minutes, before comming with pipebombs, and pipeing us all do death (except me).

After Trojan dies teamchat reads : "I'm going to kill your little brother Sayian"

I thought it was funny. ^^

I think this happened with Tench aswell. lol.


Oh, and almost forgot. Does anyone remember being able to walk into the "black" parts on maps?

I remember finding out about the warpers in there, and told pip...Then in about a week everyone in our little group new about them. D:

I also remember when I first started playing, people throwing knives at barrels, and if you picked a knife up in goo, it would be a "poison knife" (I just remember seeing someone talking about it, not sure if it worked or not. God those were back before my muramasa days ^^ )

Haha, I loved it when you could jetpack into the south area of Iricia which wasn't visible and you would eventually warp to the top of the map!

xD Yea, same with the bike trick too, if you let go of a bike u was following while going fast and went off the map you would end up near b1 somewhere

Why not make an old Iricia, just copy the map and make a cloned planet WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY!
Must keep the bugs and everything, it'll be awesome and disable all the new weapons. Maybe make this planet only appear like 1 week every 3 weeks.

Iricia is exactly the same now, just scripted diferent, if they made 2 then there would be a division from which players play on, and that would mean less people playing.

Which is why I said only keep it up for like a week for every 3 weeks, I'd love to go back and have some glitchtastic fun.
I remember the good ol' 1 handed Blue Rifle glitch, good times.

Errr "glitchtastic" is why it was updated :) So why bring that back? i am now claiming Anubis is trying to bring back the old days.

The Zone now is swamped by Laming, Strafing and no fun, in the days when I started Zone wasn't over run with people laming with weapons it required skill with the weapons not if you are able to randomly fire into a crowd and rack up 50,000 kills, people actually fought back.
