Support Center isn't working??

Hello everybody

I made a Ticket 2 days ago and I am still waiting for an answer...
It is really important and I thought thats the quickest way to contact Stefan or any other High Admin....But it isn't

Why is nobody checking this Tickets ? Is there no Staff or what?
Please someone check my Ticket as soon as possible....

Thanks

Nico

Usually they should check it pretty quickly. But it depends who's it for or what.

Or they view it and don't respond...Or ignore them all together.

Rapidwolve 05-09-2007 03:33 AM

Before I used complain about the slow service, but now don't because Houdini answers my tickets within 12 hours every time I send one.

MysticX2X 05-09-2007 04:02 AM

Forum pm works too. ibonic answers pretty fast and he's on classic alot too if you want to pm him.

Rapidwolve 05-09-2007 04:04 AM

Oh forgot to mention Ibonic, he helps alot too. Well its great to see we have atleast some good staff members.

zell12 05-09-2007 04:14 AM

It depends what its for. Usually you people say they view them and ignore them. They are just checking to be noisy, see what you are asking stefan for and to hop on debug and tell jokes about it, orrr.... they are checking to see if they can answer your question.

Usually, one of them will if its worth the effort.

zim5354 05-09-2007 06:07 AM

Some "mods" check them to be noisy. Honestly any support I have ever gotten has been on the forums. I only use the support center when I'm banned.

I doubt that, since people only have access to specific areas that they can help with. I only have access to the forum tickets. Sam may have access to the forum tickets and Kingdoms, not sure. We don't have access to all of the tickets.

Sam 05-09-2007 01:45 PM

If a ticket get answered depends on different things:
1. What is the question/reason of the ticket?
2. What kind of staff can answer/decide the ticket

I know the tickets for forums and for GK are always answered, even if its a explanation that we cannot help in a case and assign an Admin/Manager to the ticket.

From my own experience I can say, if a ticket is not answerd after a while, it means the Admin/Mangager denies the request.

There are those that will not accept the answer given so consider the issue not handled as well.

I sent a "Forum Support Ticket" once to Ibonic, with the header "For Ibonic" and nosy Sam and Darlene checked it, replied and closed it before Ibonic could see it, then I learned to contact him with the other parts of Support Center.

yea i made a ticket once asking someone not to read it and they did anyway and closed it.

Devil 05-13-2007 09:25 AM

Yeah.. it's a ****ing joke.

Luda 05-13-2007 09:34 AM

Yeah it is pretty sad.
Ibonic is usually my source for problems, I ask him on Classic, same with Bell ;)

You send twice a ticket to the Forum Section of the support center with the title:
Subject: Ibonic : Preferred Reader

If you want to talk about a decision an Admin (here Moonie) made, you must chose another section, because the forum section is part of Moonie's job.

FYI:

Schlurfy assigned ticket (Schlurfy => Ibonic)
So you see your ticket wasn't closed to hide it, but I've assigned Ibonic to it.

If there is no reply, the ticket get's closed after a while.

In another ticket Ibonic said to you:

Maybe remember this a little more when posting and there will be no trouble at all.

Maybe Zim5354 and you should try to act in a better way. Negative reputations and 15 and more infractions are speaking for themselfes.

Do you think anyone actually gives a damn about the infraction system besides you and Darline? Stefan and Unix don't care they are to busy doing whatever.

But if I tell someone not to snoop around in my damn ticket don't snoop around in my damn ticket. Its as simple as that now go try and find a reason to give me another infraction boy.

Yes you, when reaching the 3 points.

If you are not able to choose the right sectiion for your ticket, it's your problem when the responsible staff answer it and that is for the forums Moonie and I.

Btw.: there is not need to give you an infraction yet or in the future. superboy ^^

Oh dear, you really burnt him there.

[/sarcasm]

zim5354 05-17-2007 09:35 PM

Ugh you don't get it, I'm basically saying how no one cares about infractions. I could have 1 or 5000 and the other users not mods wouldn't care. The feature is really useless but since we have been there 15 thousand times no use starting it again. I mean come on its not like you actually listen to your customers right?

We're not Sam's customers, we're unixmad's customers. :>

I know it was more towards Unix and Stef then Sam. I doubt they check these forums besides once every three or four months though.

Switch 05-18-2007 12:13 AM

Except I know what the tickets for, since I sent one too myself. It has the status of 'Viewed' but with no reply...

Bell 05-18-2007 03:42 AM

If this is in regards to your PWA support ticket I do believe both Houdini and myself have responded, resolved and you've responded in return. Don't give false impressions if you don't mind.

I wonder how long it took you guys to respond.

Bell 05-19-2007 11:32 PM

Less than 8 hours. He submitted the ticket at 10:31 pm. Houdini responded at 8:07 am. I don't find that an unreasonable length of time.
Some tickets are handled faster than others depending on the circumstances obviously.
