Quick Question

What is a good program to make the backgrounds transparent??? like if i have the image and i want to make the background transparent what should i use?

Paint Shop Pro can be one, but sometimes I use Paint.NET (magic tool, then eraser, but that only works with some colors tho..)

yea i got paintshop pro 10 and it made the whole image transparent xD lol
