New FAQ
 

Please welcome Supernanny as Zone's new FAQ!

He has a vast knowledge of Zone and is trusted in the job he is expected to do. He has shown me some examples from his PM history and I feel that he is fit for the position! You may have found that he was a lively character, but if he was going to be that way during his job, I wouldn't have chosen him!

If he does well in his new position he might even get a promotion. ;]

I think you're right in a way, but there has actually been a lot of questions given to him, sometimes noobs need to know things, and Gambets not always online, AND doesn't have a FAQ tag on so they would know to ask him. I think it's a good idea, not because i like Supernanny, but because he does know a lot about zone, stuff some people want to know.

I think someone who has played for 2 years or more could have gotten the job. like anubis, or you, or just an older player.

No offence to supernanny, but hes only been here...not even a year? But because he was on huwajux's good side, huwajux got him a job...

SN had asked me before to ask stefan if he could give him a (FAQ) tag, and when i didnt respond, i got a pm from sn saying "nm ill just get huwajux to do it"

FAQ isnt a job needed in Zone. The only time questions are asked is when a new player gets on, and they don't know about F7 or what FAQ stands for anyways.

Job could have went to someone better fit, that knows more about Zone because they've been here for so long. I'm actually disapointed Huwa. :\

i think SN would be perfect for two reason
1. he does alot of forums so his knoledgemsut be a decent quality
2. i dont think i can remember NOT seeing SN offline

I probably could have gotten the job not too sound to big headed or anything, but the fact is, i never thought of it lol, where as Supernanny actually asked people if they wanted to know anything, shows he cares a lot about his society, if it werent too late for it now id probably go and try to be it, just to help zone.

I disagree. I know what F7 is, and FAQ, but I don't have any clue as to what to do when I get on Zone, so I would definately make use of a good FAQ, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Questions like,
1."What kind of Staff is Huwajux? DEV/Head ET?" -Question about Staff
2."What is the Best Rifle?" -Game Question

His Anwsers,
1."Yes, He is all."
2."Storm Rifle, In my opinion."

Ok, and you've been here since 01. I'm talking about NEW players to GRAAL (which is about like 60% of Zone's population) I've seen people that have only played Zone for 5 months or so, and when I tell them to send me a pm they ask me "whats that?".

Instead of Huwajux just giving a job to his friend, he should have had a few list of questions to be answered like;

1) What where the first maps on Zone?
2) How long has Zone been a Gold Server (Or was it always a Gold Server)?
3) What was the first Rifle that was buyable?
4) When was the first Event Weapon released, and what was it?
5) Who was the original manager of Zone?

And other questions like that. I'm guessing only a few Zone members can actually answer those questions. And one of those players would be Jo. Nothing against SN, but I don't think he can answer all of those questions correctly, without getting help from someone.

Senice you and Gambet work on N-pulse ask him to teach you around. :)

btw. I played graal for like a month last year then came back to after about a year so really ive played for almost 2 years...
ive read every zone thread. i got bored one time. zone isn't my life trust me im running track so im not on as much...

You don't have to be a new player to Graal to need a FAQ on a specific playerworld. The gold servers are so different from each other, and the classic pw's, that FAQ's are a good idea for all players, new and old.

Now your going onto something different. I said most of zones players are new to Zone and dont know if you press F7 you get a playerlist. Like I said I've seen players that have been on for awhile not know how to PM someone, or how to "Buddie" friends. x.x

Read that okay everyone? *Sigh* This is a test for Supernanny. Imo, the only reason he couldn't handle being ET, is his kind heart would be destroyed by the vast amount of insults being ET comes with (approx, 10-20 a day for no reason).

@ Anyone who said its useless, wrong... Do you know how nice it is to have someone online with (FAQ) in their name? Now I can host an event without hearing, JErrse! How DO i d0 dis!??!1! So FAQ is completely neccessary, helpful, and in this case, a good test.

And John, you just don't get it!!! The test is putting up with immature jerks such as yourself, flinging insults at him! Almost anyone can answer questions! But thats not the test!!! Learn to read, PLEASE! He has everything else thats needed in an ET, he is proving to me right now if he can deal with jerks.

Don't get yourself into this too much and get yourself banned, Johns just a bit jelouse that the ET possition came and went so fast to Superdoopernanny and he didn't even get a shot. Heck, we all are.

Im agreeing with Jesse here, the FAQ tag makes him part of staff, and now that hes part of staff, people insult him more. Why? Mostly because there jelouse, partly because there ignorent, but yea as soon as Nanny came into the dropships even i was taking shots at him xD Was asking him farfetched questions like "What was the exact date Zone was made on" just to frustrate him.

Listen carefully John. They are testing to see if he can handle zones ignorence and stupidity. Which he seemed to have handled pretty well, he just started ignoring us, like all staff xD!!

First off i could ****ing care less about bannings, Hell if i was ever (which ive have) i'd start giving some **** back at them. Starts a flame and a pretty nice war :)

Now if it was just an ET Tag with no rights sure as hell i'd be fine with it cause that would acutally mean a real test imo.

First of all, congratulations to pooper, I hope you suceed, I'm kind of jealous since I've been on Zone longer and I know quite a bit about Zone, but oh well if you were picked, then so be it; and as a wise person once told me "You never know."
Second of all, John, shut your face. I know what you're thinking "Why wasn't I put up for it" the thing is, it's because you handle situations such as this, well, with big, and annoying letters. Just cool it, and settle down, you could get your chance!

i think a FAQ is a great idea... before, there was always some one asking me hoiw to play, usaly thhere from UN or Era, so they know what FAQ are
