I've seen this many times, and quite frankly, Its not very helpful to the people asking the questions. When they post GS1 and ask for a solution, They don't want GS2. They want GS1. Let them learn, and let them do what they want. Just answer their question in GS1.

GS1 is being phased out :whatever: It shouldn't really be encouraged...

DON't FORGET YOUR ROOTS!!! XD It will never be phased out with becuase of the level editor, it can only read GS1.

Some servers are still gs1, as well as the level editor. People like seeing their work work, for lack of a better term. It would be nice to have some way to test gs2 offline, for those people who cannot get employed at a server.

I'm not saying encourage it, I'm saying just post what they're asking for. Maybe they're not working for a server, and trying to learn basic scripting offline. Try to help them with their problems in the scripting language they ask for, and don't try to push GS2 on them. They'll learn with time.
