Problem OPENING/MAKING/STARTING a Gani

I can't get it to work. It has the screen (when I first open it) without the sprites for idle and half of it is black. I can't open any without clicking "new file" and when I DO open something, I only see the shields sprites in Ganis, or whatever takes up sprites 10-13 or whatever they are. Can someone help me?

Try reinstalling graal shop?

From the sounds of it, you lack the default Graal images.

Have you got the latest 'Levels & Graphics' package installed?
That package is required, but, try install that package again..

That usually means you are missing the image files that go with the gani. Make sure Graalshop is in your main Graal folder, too.

Also, please delete the duplicate post you made in the stickied thread >_<

At a guess, I'd say that you have the images formatted incorrectly ... they should be formatted as a 8-bit PNG, preferably. I can't understand why else they wouldn't show up.

Are you sure body102.png exists? If not, change it. If you made it, make sure it's somewhere in your Graal folder, and delete FILENAMECACHE.txt and reopen graalshop.

Just delete your FILENAMECACHE.txt located in graalfolder/ EVERY TIME you add a new graphic anywhere in your Graal folder.

GS doesn't support 24-bit PNG's it supports 8-Bit, the Online client supports the 24-Bit so thats probably why it works fine online but not offline in GS
