Why are the Graal4 Forums in the Private Forums and where did the Ruless And Guide Line forums go?

Click "Graal 4 forums" on the very bottom, it's not private.

The Graal 4 forums don't really serve a purpose anymore. Since it's the main client now, the main forum and future improvements forums can be used for discussing it, and tech support can be used in place of bug reports. :)
