Boots Please

I need a boots script please. I WILL NOT say that I made it. I need it so that the max speed is 10 and the lowest speed is 1. + (=) makes it go faster and - makes it go slower. z turns it on and off. Please I NEED this script.

x.x then how can I get it? and yes, I did. the codes there weren't good, one didn't even work, and the other didnt turn off.
