Is the white part in the image transparent? If not, you'll have to make it so.

You mean setting trans on the image file using psp? thats what I did.

What file type are you saving it as, and what bit?

I forget if Graal was picky about images above a certain bit.

I know it is with tilesets.

It might be with the image itself...can upload the image you are tying to load into the level?

needs to be less then a 24-bit png (I think?) or mng... you probably could use gif, but Stefan said not to use them anymore because they could get sued... ;p

png 8 works. I know adobe photoshop has the 'save for web' option.. if psp does, then use that, and select png8. and make sure you image colour is index

I saved it as a .gif file (transparent).. I just cut out the white part and copy paste just the image into psp... works now rofl. :p

Yea .gif is what I usually use, no problems...

I would change it to *.mng using stefans gif to mng program in your *\graal\ dir, just drag and drop... unless the rules changed or something? :p

Zone is also using some gifs, so I guess you can use them too.
