If the index is a number below 300, yes.

okay kewl but how about when two players triggers the same action at the same time which uses the same index number?

ehmm...
eg. Person A, fired a weapon which will show an image with index of 0 for 5 seconds,on the 2nd second player B fired the same weapon will the image which are cerated by player A dissapears or will it remains?

For 300, I meant 199 :)
They will both show, neither would disappear until the 5 seconds are up.
