Running Graal4setup.exe on a Windows x64 install?

I just got my new machine set up with Windows XP x64, and I am trying to run the graal4setup.exe, but all it does it output a log file to my desktop and stop. Log file says:

NPC Code:
    Filename: Graal4console.log
Contents:
Scanning folder structure of C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/...
Done.

Is it not possible to install G4 to a x64 windows system?

It can have different reasons. We don't officially support 64 bit systems. Have you tried to start it from a folder which doesn't contain spaces ?

Do you mean to move the graal4setup.exe to a different location?

I tried running it from the desktop the first time, and again from c:\

When I ran it from c:\ it seemed to start loading, and created a config file, but still no install. Just tells me "Scanning Folder Structure for Fast Access..." then quits.

After reading a bit on the forums, I found a thread wherein Dayaa investigates some other 64 bit issues.

Graal functions in 64bit windows with an audio program running.

If I fire up winamp and play some audio, graal launches and runs fine. I imagine your audio plugins/codecs have to be in use for graal to launch.

Can't imagine why this would be, but for any other Windows x64 users, this can be a nice temporary fix.

Note: Your machine has to be constantly playing the audio. If you stop the sound, graal crashes.
