I found this Old GFX I made.. I was wondering if there were any ideas/ suggestions to maybe fix it up a little more.

I thought the skew was nice.

Funky design.

All I can tell you is learn to use a light source..if its metal, it should have shines on it, it looks very undetailed. Pretty cool design though.:D

Needs more color or something on the shaft... maybe put some rubies/sapphires or something in there.. or some white wrap around the handle of the shaft.

Or maybe its just the shade of gray... I don't like it now that I look at it more.

It justs need more light, its colorful enough o.o

I like it, although I think it would look better if it was longer :o

His design and color choice are fine. Like Crow and I said, he just needs to add lighting to it.

Yeah, I'll try to experiment with some light and such.

No, not really. I just felt like playing around on MS Paint and I came up with this after like... 15-20 minuets?

You have it set up in the style of either Maloria, Val, or Zodiac's weapons. I'd submit it if I were you. Couldn't hurt.
