A small thing to tell you the weather built into the gui in the top right would be really nice, and a rather small addon.

Maybe, but if you are outside you would know anyway. Its either always snowing, or always raining... :p

True, but would be useful when more stuff is added, right?

So basically you want to get something added to the gui that you can see on the whole screen anyway? :\

no, so we can know whats coming up in a few hours/minutes so we know if we want to enable the weather or not.

The weather is not planned. It's just randomly with different chances on each weather.

Not if you have the weather system disabled.

I simply would like to add a small little icon. Would state "Rain" "Heavy Rain" "Light rain" "Snow" whatever. you get the idea.. make a litlte cloud.. and a few raindrops coming from it.. and put it in a small little icon in the top right corner of the screen. Not see everything, just the current weather condition perhaps on your current gmap your standing on.

I think its a waste of time and effort to do this. If you have the weather disabled, then you obviously don't need to know what the conditions are. If you have it enabled, you would know.

Some people don't enjoy seeing rain all over the screen or it slows their computer/client down. Knowing when to turn it off and on without actually having to turn it on to see the weather condition would be handy. I know I'd like to know when it rains in case I need to grow something (rain makes the crops grow way fast).

Just a thought.

Dayaa, it's pseudorandom. But even with it being pseudorandom, it would be nearly impossible to show a forecast quite a bit beforehand unless the integer generated for determining the weather was shown first followed by around a five minute delay or so for the weather to kick in. (Hint.)

Aside from crops being affected from rain, this is what I was talking about. A way for peopel to know if its supposed to be raining or not. It has RP value and farming value to it.. So you can actually tell if your going to have to run off and find a water source fast or not.
