Custom Images for Sprites won't load...

Hey guys. I have a Gani problemo...

My friend is sending me his custom images to gani, so I tell him that I will Gani them for him. But whenever I try to add his images to my Ganis, it always shows the image as nothing. Yes, I have the images in the Graal Folder, and yes, the XY - Width Height are all right for each image. What do I do? o,o.

Make sure they're transed. I've had this problem with people sending me images and it losing trans when sent to me.

.png? .gif? bit depth?

Yes, they are transed, and yes, it is .png.

Though, he's creating them on a Macintosh with a different program. Maybe that's why?

I think .png must have a bit depth of 8 to work in graal shop
