That error normally only happens when the tile definitions (levels/tiledefs/tiledefsOffline.txt) are bugged or point to tiles which are not supported by the editor (e.g. 24 bit pngs).

Well my tiledefsOffline.txt says

zodiac_tilesetfinal.png,,0,0,0
picso.png,offlinetutorial,1,0,0

is your pics1.png normal?

try "removetiledefs" on the offline level
