Well maybe you should help me then :o.

Anyways right now all Im planning to do is have offensive computer coordinated plays. (You select a play and you see the players run it) I have the football playbook from last season so I know how all the plays should go. Maybe later players can control the offense, and maybe even a defense o_O who knows

It's using AI right? Not just pre-recorded scripts? This would be such an awesome offline (or even online) game. Online, players could join game rooms and play eachother. Multiple people can play multiple people. My god, this has me excited.

What? Let me explain more:

+>> Run Plays: Players will be able to create their own running plays (or pick their own play included in the included 'playbook') and the script reads the play and acts it out. For example on how the script reads the play, any play ending in 'Power' means that someone is leading (running along side or in front of the runner looking to block someone thats a threat) the play. So if someone makes a play 25 Power, the TailBack(2Back) gets the ball at the 5 hole and before that happens the fullback should be already looking for somebody to block. Now if its 31 Power or something similar the Tailback is running option route and the FullBack(3Back) is getting the ball and either the guard or center is leading the play. So get it? First number is the RB who gets the ball, second number is the hole they take the handoff at. If you have good eyes you can see the hole numbers in between the down lineman.

-> Power (Lead Blocker)
Veer
Dive (No lead blocker)


+>> Pass Plays: Pass plays go like this, any numbers that start with 7 or 9 are pass plays. So 70 or 90 2:3:4 means that the SplitEnd does a ButtonHook, the Flanker does a Post, and the TightEnd does a PostFlag. SE:F:TE is the ratio

-> 2: ButtonHook
3: Post
4: PostFlag
5: Hitch and Go
6: Will add more

+>> Formations: The formation you see in my signature is Slot Left, meaning there is a SlotBack (A Blocker/Reciever who is in between the WR and T). Some formations include a 4Back like Power-I. The 4Back lines up to the left or right of the FullBack(3Back) behind the guard

-> Slot L/R
Power-I L/R
I-Pro L/R
Double Slot (Two SlotBacks; One on each side)

you guys know the game World Cup for NES? someone should make a graal server out of that. it's so simple yet fun, i swear it's one of the all-time bst football ("soccer") games ever created.

here i made this video xD

First i was showing you how it basically works, on this game you are just the main player and everyone else is computer controlled. Of course if you make a server, every player can be controlled by someone. Like Excaliber would be the defensive guy with the mohawk, galdor would be the top forward guy, etc.

Then I was trying to show you the way you can tackle players, which is the best part of this game. All the players except from goalies have different "powers" and "hp". For example in this match i was against cameroon, the worst team in the game. When you go against italy you can't simply tackle people because they are too strong. Also if you get tackled / try to tackle someone stronger than you, you lose hp and have less power.

Then I tried to show you special shots...i failed to headbutt a special shot once, i missed the bicycle kick the second time, but I got it the third time. :]

Alot of countries call soccer, football. Don't think because you have American Football, that doesn't mean no other country can call their sport football.

That would be awesome to play online Crono, except for the fact that if everyones is a real player, you're gonna get clowns on your team that don't want to work as a team, or try to help the other team, or do nothing... or are noob and don't know how to play... It's just like trying to take a photo without someone having their eyes closed. The more people you get in there, the more likely someone is gonna screw it up. :p

Phase II: Create GANIs
Phase III: Script & Debug Running Play Execution
Phase IV: Script Basic Pass Play Execution (No Defense)
-------------------------------------------------------Unsure if we will get past Phase IV
Phase V: Script Defense <- Hardest Phase
Phase VI: Create images such as helmets, pads, jerseys, field tileset, etc.


Anybody willing to help?
GANI Artist- Only 1 is needed
Graphics Artits- 2, maybe even 3 at most
Scripters- I need 2 more experienced scripters to help script this up to Phase IV. I need a very mathematical person for Phase V to start working with the defense AI, interceptions, and the way the ball travels in the air.

Been suggesting this sort of thing since 2002. Maybe earlier. The Graal as RTS certainly. No, THAT'D be impossible and dumb, but as soon as someone says Football......

RTS? Not at all, it will look the same.

Plus im waitin on the flying technology to be reveald so the camera can follow the ball once its high in the air...that would bea nice effect

Why should we give a damn what other countries dont like about us? They dont care what we dont like but I always hear we should bend over for the U.N. We should do this we should do that its really annoying because when we request something we get zilch.
