Character Colors
 
In the future can you make better colors for graal body and stuff like shoes, skin etc...

The brown looks like....red...there is just not enough colors :(

good luck, I been asking for 6 years now. Best bet is to separate the gani into 6 different 2-color images, attatch them all together, and use the coloreffects commands to do it.

If I recall correctly, stefan's original answer - from way back when Classic was The Only Server - was that it's too much hassle. And some people might prefer the old brown. And if he bends on this, he'd have to allow a bunch of other colors...although Transparent was worth editing in....

It might happen, but given that fewer and fewer servers are even using the classic colorable body system anymore, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Ahem.

I made a sample. I can't finish it without a dev server. I don't have access to Bomymon anymore, thus I have no dev server, thus I would like someone else to finish it.

The script in question is at the end of the enclosed gani file.

In theory, there should be a player attribute which is not in use and can hold data along the lines of "0.01,0.05,0.5,1, 0.5,1,1,1, 1,1,1,1, 0,0,0,1, 1,0,0,0.5".
That should be tokenized or otherwise parsed into 5 sets of R,G,B,Alpha, for Shirt, Skin, Sleeve, Shoe, and Belt respectively. The For loops are already in place to apply it, not that I have any idea what the correct functioncall is these days for applying alpha-affects to gani elements.

As soon as that's done though, you should have a fully-recolorizable idle gani, with the interesting bits in one nice long stripe you can copy and paste to any other gani you like.
