Upgraded but didn't recieve anything?
 

I bought "3-month of Gold with X-mas items" package, and then I logged on Graal moments later, but did not get my items, so I wait for about 10 minutes and relog onto Graal, still no items, so I continued to do this for 4 hours, with still no items. What do I do now?

Q. How do you know that you bought it?
A. I have the receipt for it in my E-mail from Paypal.

Q. Couldn't you have put in the wrong account?
A: No, because you need to log in to buy products. (That involve your acc)

The items seem to be on your account, so it was eventually just a slightly delayed paypal transaction?

Did you pay with a credit card?

Maybe it was slow over christmas?
