Running

When i try and run and i keep any of the arrow keys held down for about 16 secounds, I will stop and it will not let me move that way. I have to take my finger off the key and back on, anybody else have this problem?

I have this problem too sometimes, it hasnt happened recently though but I used to get it all the time
