This is what it's always about, a bunch of people that care nothing for the fundamentals of the position, but rather, just want the position for the power.

Guild Admins are not needed if the administration would be willing to invest a good 5-10 minutes of their day to simply activate guilds and so forth.

Even better than this, how about implementing a guild name screener and automating the entire process? If someone creates a really creative name that would otherwise be caught by the filter, make it clear in the creation process that it is a bannable offense and then carry out the ban. Remove the need for almost all human interaction entirely, this removes all complaints (unless the system goes down, etc).
