here recentlly my buddy's graal account was banned . with no cause for this , no reasoning , and no contact . upon trying to get on he took notice of this . he was there by directed to go to the forums to solve the problem but there is one key issue with this . the forums use the graal account and password , being that it was banned it is impossable for him to go to the forums . that being said , wtf is is the thought behind this ? id just like to point out the fault in this whole theory . his account was just updated to allow him twelve months of gold access and unlimited or lifetime access to the classic world's . this being said he does not have these said rights . not to mention the two months of waiting for anything to be done about anything by these graal staff . should anyone care why the graal population is slowlly decreasing , look twords the leadership of graal . and this all cant just be blamed on stefan or unixmad alone as there are more then these people in charge for a reason . its too much work for just one or two people to deal with the entire graal population . to his knowldge the only reason there could possable be for banning his account is that he uses both linux and windows at various times leading to many different ip's . but i dont believe this is the case as you cant determine multi-player accounts by the ips used by them as many of the graalian's use many different ip's but its all from the same location and from the same person . should people care about their customer's the account is "CavScout517" .

The 'Graal Online System' would include these forums. I don't see a problem here.

The account is banned because account information from graal.net was leaked a while back. Your friend only needs to change his password and the account will be automatically unbanned.
