Apples?

Where do apples come from? Is there a way to get a lot of useable apples?

The only place they can be gotten from is the pet task.

Interestingly, on 2K1 apples were the only thing you could grow, and on 2K2 you can grow a bunch of different stuff, but not apples.

Thank you for a post that was actually contributive and helpful.

It looks likes the best way to get a bunch of apples is to pay a person who hasn't done the quest yet.
