Graal.net confirmation email

ive never recieved an confirmation email from graal.net when i tired to sign up i clicked resend and im getting nothing, but ive heard theres server trouble, is graal.net connected to any of this?

Please create a support ticket with some relevant info (account name - this one if that's it, etc.) and I'll help you after the database/computer problems are resolved.
