GraalOnline.com password issue
 

I'm having some trouble with GraalOnline.com.

After the incident with Graal.net passwords, Stefan set a custom password on my account (18 letters long). However, the website won't accept either this password or my old one, so I can't log in.

Can this be fixed?

Should probably be in bugs section. The forums accept the long password ?

When you had Stefan set your custom password, did you happen to reset your password again after he did so (Maybe you forgot? ;) ).

Yes the forums accept the password fine, and so does ADCP. The main website won't though; it says "Invalid Account name or Password.".

Right, now the forums, vip.graal.net, Graalonline.com, none of them are taking my password, even though it works fine in Graal and ADCP. Can this be looked at?

I found an easy way to fix it. Just use a standard 8 character password like everyone else. :cool:

Yea, you could just use the standard one like the rest of us. Its not a huge deal to be going through all this hassle over

I can't help but feel that there's some sort of "special treatment" going on here, and it's hardly fair. It's not one rule for one person and another set for the others.

I agree. I want a custom password too. Specially since my last one was memorized but graal.net got hacked and they had to make us change ours by force. I only memorized my old password because of Fairyland back when we could play it with our graal accounts/passwords. Either give me a month of Fairyland or lemme use a custom password. :(

I think the question is answered. Next time use a support ticket for such things.
