Player Shop Helpful NPC
 

here is what i am thinking..

When you turn your house into a shop there is a little sign npc inside your house (like a house flag) which moves around like furniture.
it cannot be picked up but the owner can leave a message for others to read if they walk into it.

They can tell them things about special offers, items which are not shown, so players can leave an offer, by delivering a letter inside the shop postbox.
(shop owners best check it regulary from now on hehe)

Also you can make the sign say something like
"Selling Zepplin!"

And make a ring of tables with a gap, put last table on market then drag it off to make a door.
The table will be the prixce you want for the zepplin and basically buying the table will allow them access to the zepplin.
So they can drop table and fly off.

I think shops should be like this.
Players can sell more and get richer.

I'm not sure about the Zeppelin stuff, but there should be a possibility to
somehow sell items in Playerhouses not only for Plat, but for dias or other
items too... And - why dont players use Mailboxes and Letters? It's hard to
sell stuff when you're living in Germany and there aren't many people online...
