Make draconian less retarded please. Also, Elves, with their stats, are geared more toward the Ninja class now, which is pretty ridiculous.

Do the races look any different from normal characters, or is it just a title?

Crono 10-08-2006 06:40 PM

There are so many options for mage but us assassins only get one?

WanDaMan 10-08-2006 06:44 PM

How do you pick?

Hopefully not just by some menu "What race would you like to be :)!?"

I'd love to see the races actually have some kind of story behind each of them.

Felix_Xenophobe 10-08-2006 06:51 PM

Once you get a race stone you have to reset in order to change your races.
;x lame

Crono 10-08-2006 08:28 PM

Ok first off atleast tell us how to initiate a race.

Second off tell us how to level a race.

And third, where do we get stuff related to this?

pacMASTA 10-08-2006 08:44 PM

I think probally Zodiac's forums had some info about this I'll try and link you in one moment.

Well hopefully their forums are correct

Devil 10-09-2006 03:12 AM

Uh, you pick up race stones from monsters, and if you want to change you have to reset all your levels :(

Humans get nothing? Pfft.

Draenin 10-09-2006 03:19 AM

There is nothing for pure thieves. Just for assassins or ninjas.

Devil 10-09-2006 03:56 AM

I really liked Zodiac, but once all this crap came out, which resets levels if you want to change race.. then add in the fact that no nation has had a leader that has stayed for the duration of the server being online. It's just things getting really annoying.

Draenin 10-09-2006 04:28 AM

It's funny to me, because a lot of people on Zodiac that played during the pre-classic version of it are the only ones who complain.

Devil 10-09-2006 05:09 AM

No they aren't :/

Draenin 10-09-2006 05:50 AM

Well, I should've said, they're the only ones who make complaints along the lines of, "Zodiac was so much better when it wasn't classic and it didn't have all these noobs and yadayada."

CidNight1142 10-09-2006 06:31 AM

So. Since I just started playing...I shouldn't bother leveling my level 2 guy at all since I'm just going to reset once I get a race stone? But..since I have to kill some monster that I'm assuming is strong, will I have to level up to 35 and waste the 100 hours of work to even get a race? I guess I'm just a bit confused.

Draenin 10-09-2006 06:50 AM

When you level up to 50, you start getting some kind of other points (I forget what they're called) and you can start working on proficiencies for your character. However, if you use a stone, you will lose your level, but still have the points from those proficiencies. (According to Yen.)

Devil 10-09-2006 06:54 AM

CMP is what you mean once you reach level 50.

Draenin 10-09-2006 07:02 AM

Ah, yes. That's it. However, I don't know if the points will stack. (The ones you earn before changing race, and the ones after you do so.)

CidNight1142 10-09-2006 07:11 AM

Oh, so those basic levels up until 50 are not affected by the race stones?

Devil 10-09-2006 07:48 AM

Yes, if you level up to level 50, then use a race stone, you will be back to level 0.

The levels you gained are affected, but if you take the time to do the mastery stuff, the levels you earned for mastery aren't affected.

Ohhhh. Well, since I'm absolutely no where near level 50, then I won't be getting up that high before I hope to get a race. So I guess the best course of action for people in my position would be to get a race stone as quickly as possible.

Draenin 10-09-2006 08:31 AM

If the points stack, that's not a great idea.

Crono 10-09-2006 01:07 PM

I'm level 42, what happens when I use a race stone?

Devil 10-09-2006 01:46 PM

You will return to level 0, or 1, whichever is the lowest Crono.

I lost my love for Nations in Zodiac, I don't like logging on and getting screamed and spammed at to run to a location to defend it.

Demisis_P2P 10-09-2006 02:10 PM

There should be a race called Dragenmastaz.
Make it so.

papajchris 10-12-2006 04:38 AM

Their has been the same nation leaders for a month now. Nations have all changed powers. First Seryl was then then Asleus and now Agara. When you join a nation your expected to help the nation, why else join the nation? X.x
