Help with server Ideas
 

I want to make a ismoetic server but I am trying to findout if any good developers will helpout if so, please leave a post and give me your opnion on my idea or give me better server ideas if you please.

it would be really hard to do with the level editor like it is and such.

It's good to see that you got an idea your interested in, stick with it.

They shouldn't. And if I'm correct, most good developers are currently tied up in really big projects. Otherwise known as...The Platformer (Tom and Friends), G2k1 (Konidias and Friends), Shangri-La (MysticalDragon,Me and Friends), and GX (Joey and Friends). The rest are lazy, stopped developing, or MIA. :)

so figure out a way to get around the tileset/level editor problem? I would help you if you could figure out.

Working with a tileset like that is going to make things very difficult. However, you could go for more of a Mother (Earthbound) look if you so chose to.

Who here is willing to spend time on helping my server?

An Isometric server would own.

Lol.. wtf is an isometric server? sounds interesting?

It's a type of graphic, Delphi created a server in the past using isometric graphics- it looked fun :cool:

An isometric server would be fun if it was done right, but it would require a very talented and dedicated staff team.

If your system is robust, it could open a lot of new doors for developers.

I am going to stick to this idea and try to find real dedicated people

Btw... If anyone was looking to help out, Im in charge of the project... Infact it was my idea... Mandango only happens to of had an open Gserver for me to put stuff on..

Considering I already have been trying to launch my isometric server for over a year?

Save yourself some effort and just come work for me. -.-

Besides, I can't find a scripter for ****, so I have two half-working movement systems, that two different scripters bailed out on before completing.
