A dustari ship builder broken

It is on the southern beach of dustari, follow the coast east and you will find it. If a pic is needed I'll take it when im not focused on war mongering. Today is the big battle, and the pirates removed the ships from our yard. Gotta run!

What level names (F5)?
Also what's up with all those house ruins, people start houses but never finish it?

I got an idea for that. Make a system that the Kingdom can sell the unfinished houses for plat if they are not finished within a week :o
