If a person(s) is willing to pay for what you're offering, I don't see why that'd be against the rules. They're utilizing your services, and in the real world, people usually pay for services.

On the other side, I wouldn't be too happy from an administrative point of view though, one person being paid for making content would set a precident, and soon enough everyone will demand to be paid, and for a game whos content is made by players for the most part for free, that'd be disastrous.

Put it in your signature or somethin' :)

I would say putting "searching for a job" in the signature is ok, but huge signatures or open discussions about job offers are going a little bit too far. After all it is not Graal related.
