Can anyone else not log on + Graal down
 

Or is it just me?

I changed my password and was alright, but just got disconnected and can't get back on.

All the accounts are globally banned just look at the thread Unixmad set up.

Graal down?
 

hey seems whenever i want to log on it says "disconnected from game server"
also i cannot see how many players are online on the list?

That's not what I'm talking about.

We are updating the serverlist thing right now, sorry for the down time.

ermm I tried to change my password and haven't gotten the e-mail back... Graal has a probelm with sending me e-mails to that old e-mail account.. any chance I can get the account e-mail changed?

I need help, i went to change my password and it said it was successful and an email has been sent to theaddress, but i hadnt logged into my email account for a long time and it said i had to reactivate it or something so i reactivated my email account. and it said all messages had been deleted. i dont know if it had deleted the new email that included my password or not and it says i have to now wait 2 days before i can request a new password, is there anyway i canget the password sooner?

Change your pw again, when you are sure, your e-mail is working fine now.

its not letting me change my pass, it saysi have to wait 2 days to change it again. is there anyway i can get it sooner?

I just replied to all tickets relating to accounts etc.
I'll respond within 12 hours max, but most likely a lot less.

Its funny how I was on Maloria and my player & RC gets disconnected, but not for anyone else that was on.
