Change Alt + 2!
 

Can Alt + 2 be changed into Alt + 3, or ANYTHING (except Alt + 4 since that makes a $) else? The reason for that, is, if you are using a europeean (atleast a nordic keyboard..) qwerty keyboard and want to make an @ - you have to press Alt + 2. But when doing so, the "save image" window pops up instead of making an @.

I say make it a special key for the Europeans...ctrl, alt, del ;)

Anyway, you could do something like detecting if a chat window is open, or PM, etc. Or just make it alt shift, or do what Ziro said. :)

Yeah! Remove all the Alt + commands, and make them into Alt Gr + # or Alt + Shift + #

You are sure about Alt + ? x-x I didn't know that any OS or keyboard layout is using Alt + a key for anything useful. Normally all characters are put on key, shift + key or alt-gr + key.

Also works with Alt Gr instead of Alt. So im suggesting to remove all Alt commands and make them Alt + Shift instead, this have been bugging me ever since v4 was released.

*shrugs* While we're opening the config window - any thoughts on the eternal "I use W for North!" issue? Maybe Massokre fixed it in his own time, but it's a symptom-vs-cause relationship - a lot of servers have, and will, added keys...InMyHumbleOpinion it'd be better to just make all these things clientside variables and open up a scripted Config window, splat the script into every server's system and have done with, they can edit in more options as they see fit. Put another way:

client.alt1="%A1";

this stuff is happening too me also, so boring, like when I was at any server and I had to write a @ I had to go through player profiles and copy&paste into chat bar...

Yeah, thats what I have to do to, it started when v4 came out.. Cant you disable Alt + Key while ChatBar.visible == true Stefan?

ChatBar is scripted, I don't think you can interfere whats hard-coded to "soft-coded" aka scripted via Graal

Alt Gr is on Swedish keyboards you swenoob.

I guess there could be a checklist in options that says like...

Nordic ones get another button assigned like shift + 1, shift + 2 etc.

Hows it gonna be, swedish keyboards or nordic keyboards? Hmm? HMM? The point is, we that have one, is bothered by this.

Macs use Alt for many symbols, and Cmd for program functions.

Nordic in general have alt gr right? Maybe german ones too?
