Gk companionship. Official marriage
 

Lots of graalians get married on Gk.
When Gk's numbers increase even more people will be.

Here is my idea for this.

An npc that officially marries two people by typing their account names.

However it costs money. a couple of K per person.

but you think why do this if you rp marry?

At the end of this you get a ring each and when you right click it is says who is married.


this ring is not tradeable or droppable. it perminently stays in inventory until you divorce. (ring also weighs nothing)

Advantages of the ring.
If both players equip the ring they have 2 new spells they can cast. And it only works on your partner.

First spell: If your -partner is about to die you can give them some of your hp.


Second spell you can summon your lover, they get a message saying do they want to be summoned, however they have to be in the same level or gmap.

So people cannot use the ring for fast warping too.

Also this is a great advantage if your partners are active.
Also you must be a certain level to marry.
You must be above level 10.

That seems like a waste of time and only to be abused for warping.

Sounds like a good way to start domestic abuse, considering all the different kinds of alchohol on GK. Now we just need wife-beater armor.

Plus it would perpetuate stereotypes that males are responsible for all domestic abuse because both the husband and wife will be guys.

Sounds like ragnarok online rip off spells -cough- will you need 100,000,000 Zeni and a Suit and weddingn dress then find a gm and goto the church in prontera to activate these spells? but you both need the wedding ring weapon equiped ??? I mean we might aswell steal the whole idea huhhh.

I wonder how many of his ideas are lifted off of other games.

Crikey batman the Ninj-Dar is off the chart! Yes I must say many games rip off other game in a sense in ideas but they dont take 100 ideas from 100 different games and totally rip them off and dont even change anything or even take the time to reword it.

anyways whats the big deal if another game has it?

anyways also you cannot abuse warping here as you are in the same levellike a gmap and it has a casting wait, like 1 summon an hour or something.

I like the idea... But it would be better if there was some kind of "official
GK priest" job or something, not NPCs for marriage. And forget about that
warp crap, its simply nonsense...

I dunno how well it would work, or if there would really be a point. Since you can already have RP marriages and GK is *supposed* to be an RP server, it seems to me like it wouldn't really be used. Plus there are very, very few players to marry each other anyway.

More ideas developed , more fun, = more players.

Those skills were only little suggestions of things, think of some things for it yourself and post em, its what the sugggestions forum is for.

I say its a good idea.
And im sick of people seeing ideas inspired by movies/games, and saying "ZOMG RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!"
