A basic rule
 

Well it's not really a rule but it would be useful to add to some posts.

By adding the tag [WIP] to your post, people will already know that your work is "Work in Progress", it saves alot of trouble when people say "oh thats lame" and the person hasnt even finished it.

As i said above, its not a defernate rule but its useful.

I also would add to the rules some more tag rules like
[PS] for Photoshop
[PIX] for Pixelart
[3D] for 3D etc...

Some pixellations use photoshop. No. Also, don't use [] brackets, as they're used for other stuff on the forums.

Yea, certain tags next to posts, so when people go to look at your work they know what they are heading for and what you desire for replies.

Instead of abbreviating things like "pixel art"...how aobut we just put "pixel art" at the end.

People shouldn't post unfinished work in my opinion. No explanation needed; self explanatory.

This idea sounds like a copy of the GS1 / GS2 markings thing done in the scripting forum. Putting WIP before something is fine, but if you use multiple mediums, it gets to be stupid. Just list WIP or nothing, and in your first thread post, list the programs used.

Wan, people post unfinished work (WIP) for C+C on their work.

Yes Wan...People should post their unfinished work so they can get criticism on how to fix it...But most of the time the more well known GFXers here are too negative to give criticism on how to fix it and would rather just say "oh that sucks" or "thats wrong".
