Babylon - New Awakning
 

I am here today to inform you of changes on the server Babylon.

At approximately 4:44pm EST The Management of the server Babylon changed.

Sephiroth (Lord Sephiroth) and Grey (GreyBakami) have become Manager and Co-Manager after Malinko has sent his order for the server to be passed to them.

I am representing the server as Admin with the good news, I would also like to welcome everyone to the new age of babylon, as it moves towards being exactily what it should be (As great a server as its always been), Further away from what it shouldnt be, but has become.

If any global or other high staff requires extra information/logs they can be attained by contacting the current Manager: Lord Sephiroth, via email or AIM.

Its a good thing Malinko stepped down, he was destroying the server. Maybe you'll be able to get Crono and a few others back to develop.

I'm going to say this though: If the server isn't on Hosted status within the next three months, we know the server won't go anywhere.

And on a completely unrelated subject, does Babylon still have Classic privileges while being a UC server?

i tend not to play classic servers much as 80% of them suck.

I played old babylon and it sucked.

This new should at least be different from the other badly drawn graphic servers.

The healthy player count of atleast 40+ back then would disagree.

If you are going to say stuff about a server make sure you can do better.

Shut your face, what the hell do you know about Babylon? What we had planned? We Seph will be doing for Babylon?

Well seeing as how I managed it and put tons of effort into it and still believe it has no future, I do know what the hell I'm talking about.

Its really interesting that you could make such a claim when no one on the server has ANY record of you managing anything on babylon except your mouth, and you never even did a very good job at that either.

Where does your name come in exactily? And if you say something stupid like "I got 2 managed it 4 liek 1 day n i thot it had no chance so i quit/was removed" you can take your opinion and lose it, because it dosent matter.

You just want to run your mouth about owning the server now that it has a good Top 3 Staff team (Sephiroth, Grey, and Myself) and you know you messed up your chance with the last staff team you were ever on.

Im afraid youll just have to wait while we sit back and watch you put your foot in your mouth.

I back and so is crono..still trying to get a few others.

O and Babylon had the ability to go Hosted over a year ago but that would require use to pay for it once again so we didnt do it. O_o and then over that amount of time things kinda shutdown and went broken....and we had to start redeveloping again.

O and Thrash never managed Babylon, he helped alittle though. Im the OG behind most of the former development.

Back when Babylon came out reason people liked it was it was Graal 2001 but not P2P, that niche is long since gone. So you can have the name but that won't make it Babylon. So yes, Babylon as it was in fact has no future.

Inferno is working his ass off (which may surprise some people ;) ) and putting in a lot of Development on the Overworld, we've got someone fixing up our Events and someone helping out Inferno with Insides for the Overworld.

James is scripting a lot of new systems that we may tell you about at a later date, as well as fixing the broken NPCs.

Grey and I are working on a bunch of new Quests that are well thought-out and planned, rather than just "Answer this" question quests.

Havn't seen much of Crono lately or at all x_x but I'll take the high road and assume he's helping somehow! :D

Just wanted to let you all know that things are moving and things are getting done!
