Be more clear, so that maybe someone else may be able to help you.

Ive noticed a decrease in the Support given via the support center also, but then again you've only waited a day. I'd say wait another 1-2 days, and if no response is given to you by then, try forum pm'ing Ibonic with your problem, he'll most likely be able to help you. Lyndzey, the other accounts staff member, is currently on vacation.

A hacker finding out your game? What the ****?

There seems something being wrong at the momnet. I cant get access to the support admin section, maybe others have the same problem and cannot check the open tickets.

Im really not trying trying to be rude to you or anyone else, but if that's the case, someone who has access to the support center (Not saying you), shouldve posted this somewhere know so were not wondering what's going on, you know?

If nobody knew about the problem untill recently, i understand, but the Support Center and GraalBible went down for a bit, and players were unaware of what the problem was, untill someone posted a thread about it and Stefan responded to it. Administration should take the initiative to do this kind of thing, i think so atleast.

I'd informed Unixmad about it.

Yea, but Unixmad won't post something on the forums to let us know something is wrong, and will be back temporarily, you know? I know it's not his job to do that, but someone else could. My point is that players in general need to be informed of alot more, in my opinion.

Anyway, Ibonic responded to a ticket of mine after the Support Center was back online a few days, so he may be one of the few with access currently.

The /support/ directory isn't used anymore, so if you're going to http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/support/XXX it gives you a 404 error. Instead, you should go to http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/XXX

Well, I wasn't here for a whole week before last, which I didn't plan for. And as you probably know, Lyndzey is on vacation. I always do some account support, but with her gone I have to do all of it on top of quite a few other things.

I should probably be looking more into hiring someone additional for PWA, as it seems a lot of the slowest replies still come from related departments - but I'm not blaming them for it. I'm a kind of held back though because Unixmad told Lyndzey and I that he has some staff/management changes in mind; we're waiting for her to come back in order to discuss what's going to happen.

Other than that, there can be delays if your issue can only be resolved by Stefan or Unixmad. Actually, Unixmad has been replying rather quickly lately when I assign a ticket to him :)
Nothing against Stefan (he's busy too, I understand that), but I've noticed he seems to check and reply to his tickets only once every week or two. There are some things he has to do that I think others should have to worry about instead, but that isn't up to me.

Oh yea, i knew you were on an unexpected vacation, from someone who filled in for me at Dark Nations for a few days, i just forgot to state that, sorry. :)
