I've been making tickets for the support center, an they havent been checked in weeks (Viewed). Is it being worked on, because this is not normal. Tickets are USUALLY atleast 'viewed' within 24 hours. x_x

I think the GraalOnline Support Center has been offline for a bit, or worked on at the least; though I am not sure.

You can still receive help from the GraalOnline global staff though. Please check the following thread: http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=57132

It has an updated list on the individual methods of contacting the GraalOnline global staff.
