I think Wizadry should be just as strong as melee,

Gk has left the other classes and such in the dark, ;)

Ed has about 10-20 levels on me Magic to Phys. And I can't beat him by myself right now.

Magic is as strong as melee.

If not stronger. It only takes about 3-5 manablast to kill me. I don't recall a melee weapon that could kill a mage in 3-5 hits.

There are quite a few spells that are just terrible now after the last magic revamp.

Anything with fire now is just compeltly useless. Large fireball use ot be somewhat usefull. Potion of Black fire and Fiery Destruction use to be amazing, and somewhat hard to find. But now their just ugly and crap. Anyone with some speed can also dodge magic bullet or any other tracking spell.

You're right: Magic does own - when it hits.

The problem isn't it's destructive power, that's been fully reached. It's the fact that a newb (and by that I mean the truest sense, aka trial) could spam 'a' and you'd get hit and your spell interrupted.

magic is fine im happy but ive seen people saying magic is more powerful what we should really bring back is the use of bows

Effectiveness of all magic is dependant on position, which wizardry has absolutely no control of.

magic gets interupted too much,
and not all spells are good really,

we need more destructive spells, fast casting medium damage spells,
which are practically always in shops
