Crono 08-13-2006 11:22 AM

I don't call him the best LAT on graal for no reason.

Elk 08-13-2006 09:28 PM

Do not ask :(
To the map:

Could be better Wan :(

Shaun 08-13-2006 10:23 PM

Nice tree work, although it generally looks a bit too detailed and the houses don't look so good there.

Fairly neat looking levels though, overall.

maximus_asinus 08-13-2006 11:29 PM

To Elk: The map is generated in the editor, he only made the levels.

Wan admitted that I taught him to do cliffs, so I get to say that I taught the best tiler on Graal a little something.

Eagle 08-14-2006 06:08 AM

Wan is too good.

syltburk 08-14-2006 10:21 AM

I surely hope this isn't going to be put up on classic,

nice levels for new playersworlds, but classic needs one style;
simple.
Its just my opinion that if you make levels for classic, you make them so simple you wouldn't even show them here cause most people won't understand why the style needs to remain the same.

Crono 08-14-2006 11:33 AM

It already is on classic, jaffer. US' new base, then go into that entrance in the trees. :o

syltburk 08-15-2006 10:42 AM

I figured, definition of classic is now gone. Still a very nice level tho.

abara 08-15-2006 03:10 PM

i like it

And didn't you say I inspired you to make levels?

History.

You inspired me, kind of. With your gigantic buildings, even though i use a totally different style.

Shaun 08-19-2006 03:43 PM

My buildings are not gigantic, realistically, but rather the GraalOnline community has shifted more and more towards a stigma where the insides to buildings are massive compared to the outsides. Just as people have shifted towards this ugly NewMain style of random insides and ultra-detailed tiles (to the point where it is illogical), they have shifted towards this. In both cases, I've been too bloody stubborn to conform with them, and I'm sticking to my guns.

It's really dumb, because most people who make levels weren't even around when the superior Classical style was the de facto style. Now everybody uses this randomized NewMain BS. Why? It's easier. It doesn't require rational thought. All it requires is meaningless time to make each tile random in place.
