problem logging on server
 

Earlier today my brother was able to access maloria, and i was too when i first went on.
While i was on my rc froze up and now i can not connect to maloria or my maloria rc through any of my accounts, nor can my brother
it is only this server that we are having this problem with, and i tried to reinstall graal, i shut down my whole computer, shut down my modem and restarted it, everything i could think of
nothing works
if anyone knows why htis is happening please help

While attempting to connect, what error message do you see?

It says
"Graal cannot connect to server. Check your internet connection and make sure firewalls allow access"
something like that
and now its happening when i try to go on npulse too
