Support Center Not Working again?
 

The website works. When i submit tickets, they dont show up after.

On era. Chicken Nuggets is censored and spams the RC apparently. Vote is censored. ***** is censored. Vagina isn't. etc etc etc. Very shoddy system.


Also, on linux v4.1 the fonts are way to smoothed out. Is there a way to diable it? At random times it gets too smoothed to read easily.

I've fixed it so "nugget" and "vote" are no longer blocked.

After submitting your ticket, you may or may not come to a page that looks like this: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...r_example1.png

Are you then clicking submit on that page also?

This probaly becuase the website was mad by men. XD lol

Hmm, need some more information.

First of all, mind answering what Matt asked in his last post? Just want to make sure it's not something that simple.

If you are actually clicking that last "Submit Ticket" button, what exactly happens next? Does it just redirect you to the main (or some other) page, do you see some kind of confirmation that it was submitted, "nothing", or what?

-Do you have any problems using the support center (or any other Graal site for that matter) other than the tickets you submit not showing up?
-Have you had any similar, or "staying logged in" problems with other web sites lately?
If so, do you know anything about "cookies"? Sorry, that was just fun to ask.
-Which web browser are you using? Tried a different one?
-What's your support center account name?

I think I had the same problem yesterday when I submitted a ticket, I didnt get a confirmation email or anything so i guess I didnt do it right.. i'll create another one now anyway :)

It started working again. Disappointing that it took me 2 days to submit a support ticket.
