graal.net problem
 

I don't really feel like waiting forever on a support ticket, so:

I'm trying to make my graal.net account.

I enter my login name as Mykel.
I put my password in.
I put my e-mail in.

After all of this I get a message that says:
"Your Email and Password must match the Email and password of your Main Graal VIP, GOLD account"

They do match. I am 100% sure they match what my current password and e-mail are.

I saw that it said to not use caps in the account name part, so I entered my username as "mykel", but I still get the same error.

Well, I have no patience, and you got me to update a older account. Enjoy more of my money. :(

I would've answered and resolved the support ticket by now if you created one. But anyway, this is usually caused by the same e-mail address being used by multiple accounts - which does seem to be the case here, because I found another account linked to the e-mail address you use for this account.
