Weather System

Err, I am having major issues on Stone Henge with my Weather System. I have yet to find one person who still plays for Graal that can fix my weather system. I am not a scripter so please do not give me suggestions. I am looking for a scripter who would add about 2-3 effects onto their and make on combination of the entire thing. :( Please Help.

P.S. Can someone tell me how to destroy a particle?
