/useskill inscription [Text]

First, mark the scroll or letter you want to write (/mark scroll or /mark letter). When marking scrolls, make sure you don't have a scroll of legerdomain or some other valuable scroll in your non-bag inventory or you will mark the wrong one (yeah, speaking from personal experience here). Picking up blank ones when you see them in the shop is handy. Then you wield a pen and use the command Alarico said, something like /useskill inscription Whoever find this scroll, bring it to Faital Ryu and you will be presented with 50 diamonds. Then go drop the scroll near Alan's house. Something like that ^^

For writing a spell scroll, like the higher levels do, you mark the scroll, wield your wand and cast the spell you want to write (like restoration or alchemy or whatever). Then you wield the pen and dbl click the Inscription icon from your skills pull down menu. The scroll you marked will now be a scroll of (whatever you casted) at lvl (whatever your mental level is). Note that some spells can't be written to scrolls (like heal) and it will tell you that when you dbl click the Inscription icon, but no harm done, go ahead and try them all.

When you write a spell scroll, the level of the spell on the scroll is derived from your mental level regardless of your magic or wisdom level. Writing spells of higher level have a chance of draining a small portion of your base exp and/or confusing you. When writing spells while confused, you will write a random spell at 1/2 that spell's minimum level. When writing prayers, you need to have enough positive grace points to cast the prayer to write it. "Attuned", "Repelled", and "Denied" spell type attributes are ignored when writing scrolls.

There's prolly something I forgot to mention...

Ohh thats nice. So say for example, if someone wrote a spell of alchemy, then he/she could give this scroll he just wrote to someone who does not have the alchemy spell, they could learn it and ...have the spell?

Edit: I tried it with marking rune/holy word, and when I double clicked the inscription skill from the skill dropdown menu, it just says There is nothing to write :O

They couldn't learn it, but they'd be able to cast it once by using the scroll.

Your base exp? Seeing as your base exp is the sum of your exp in the different categories, I find it hard to believe that something would drain your base exp without draining exp from one of those categories.
