Someone fix or help with this

i cant get on the log in screen....it keeps saying Exception EAccessViolation in Graal4.exe at 000ACAF4 Access violation at address 004ACAf4 in moudle 'Graal4.exe'. Read of address 00000024
wtf is that.... i want to play graal and its not letting me
