That is a list of account's upgraded, not a list of accounts created, meaning the account Excalibur was probably created a long time before he upgraded it. Or that is what I get out of it atleast.

I didn't pay till november and that wasn't even me who paid.. finally hit 100 gralats on some kids acct on 2k1 :P

I wonder if he was lonely :O
