The link http://support.graalonline.com currently does not work (Ibo says it's because it's on the same server as vip.graal.net), so use http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/support/ for now instead.

I was guessing that since they both "went down" around the same time - but I didn't actually check, so I could've been wrong. Actually, it seems support.graalonline.com is on ev1servers.net and vip.graal.net is on legende.net

All http://support.graalonline.com/ does is redirect to http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/support/ anyway, but it's useful since it's easier to remember for most people and it's still linked to from quite a few places such as: the web site, the new banning system (account sharing message), F1 help window and so on.

It's also possible that the redirect was just disabled ...or the world as we know it is coming to an end. I suppose Unixmad would have to answer to know for sure though. :asleep:
