Thank you Crono for the pic. I figured I'd use that for the icon or something with small edits and GFX something more detail for the drop when you actually kill the beast.

Pillow shading makes baby Stephen cry.
|
It isn't pillow shaded. : / I just did one line of that color down the sides.
|
it is.
|
Its not.
Its not even big enough to be pillow shaded. If it was pillow shaded than it would look a little something like a pillow. and it doesnt. |

Know why pillow shading is bad? It doesn't give you a very indepth sense of depth, it just says "THERE'S A DIFUSED LIGHT, LOL!" 'sides, it doesn't show any skill either. Also, nice signature, aside from the "Lance" thing. |
Yeah, too simple, no texture, and too symetrical
|
haha well thanks but i didnt know what else to put there.
actually made that part first. Anyways you are right i guess, depending on how ya look at it. |
yes. it is unwise to defy me or zero on graphics. Eitherways, a way around this is by adding small dents into the bone, making it seem damaged, get rid of the symmetry by possible drawing a lineart of it first, and dont zoom in to do this as it usually makes you work more "symmetrical". As such, we dont want this effect, because it all looks too fake. Give it one light source, and then follow on from there. Pillow shading is evil, there are several types of pillow shading, no matter how you look at an object, if the middle is lighter than all the sides, its probably pillowed. ill post a small example when i get home but right now im very limited as to what i can post.

Ok. ;D

Are you going to be able to use large bones as clubs?
|
Yes. :O And there will be wooden clubs. Smirt I'll fill you in on it. I'll freakin AIM you.
